It would have been very easy to get 5 stars if it wasn't for the disconnection issue which I am still working on with the manufacturer. The manufactory responded within 24 hours. The initial setup was quick and easy. After the initial setup, a connection will be established automatically the next time the vehicle is switched on. It takes a while to connect and works great with my 2020 MDX. I've only had it for a few weeks, so I can't comment on reliability. Pros: 1. Connect to CarPlay wirelessly. (get rid of the ignoring cable) 2. Easy to install3. Top notch customer service CONS: 1. The connection is a bit slow2. Connection sometimes breaks
