Ziploc bags work much better than other brands. We like to buy them in bulk, keep a big box in the garage and bring handfuls to the kitchen. Buying in bulk is cheaper and saves you multiple trips to the store! I use these sandwich bags every day for my sons sandwiches at school lunch. The pouch stays zipped in the lunch box all day and is easy for a six year old to open on their own. I've filled them to the brim with chips, crackers, etc and have never had a bag rupture. The material is durable and elastic. Would recommend to a friend.
