Great fan, great price, even better company

We installed this fan on our covered outdoor patio. When the awning went down in the fall I removed the fan and put it away for the winter. I accidentally forgot the remote control receiver and although it was covered in plastic it got wet and ruined. I called Litex to find out how to order/purchase a new receiver. They just sent me a new one for free! I never expected that. What companies today have such customer service?! I can add that during the Covid-19 pandemic. The fan works great, looks great and is perfect for what I was looking for.
