UPDATE: seller issued a full refund so I am changing my rating from 1 start to 3 stars.I purchased 3 sets of these for my 3 sons (age 4 and 5, they weigh 38lb and 45lbs) and all three broke within a week! They opened them on Christmas and today is Jan 1st so in 1 week all 3 are broken. Worst of all, since I purchased in early November for Christmas, amazon wont do anything to refund or replace cause it's been over 30 days - even though they were only opened and used for 1 week. We are just stuck with 115$ loss and 3 broken scooters that lasted less than a week. SAVE YOURSELF AND DON'T BUY THESE SCOOTERS
