They are marked 'CONSTRUCTION SCREWS' on the top of the box, but it also says 'For use in all non-structural construction projects'. Fasteners to create a STRUCTURAL connection/connection. If you don't want to use screws as decoration?! If that's what I wanted, I'd glue fancy buttons on it!
