Broke on first charge, won't turn off

Failed to load media. When I first removed the cap from a USB drive, it didn't come off easily at all. When he finally did, he screwed something up and now the switch won't turn off no matter what. So it will just take forever to die. I will return it but because it worked I don't have the packaging and I threw it away so I have to buy it and I will lose money with that too. There is also no label printer. Ridiculous
