Bought a large for my 59 inch son who is 82 pounds. Fits perfectly. Maybe a little loose, but the length was perfect. Comfortable and elastic. The fleece wasn't thick which was ideal for this as it heats up too quickly. Comfortable enough as pajamas in cold weather. As you can see in the photo, the fabric starts to crumble when rubbing against their snowsuits. Compared to the top, the bottom is only slightly frayed at the back of the thighs.
