It was great working with our previous developer who created our first website. He took care of the initial development work and then left us without any documentation, leaving us stuck. With help from a friend of ours, we found another programmer who helped us fix the problems and get us back on track. In addition, he went above and beyond in creating a whole new user interface that was easier to navigate and made searching for information a breeze. This developer even went so far as to help us figure out how to change the way we had implemented our payment processing (we use PayPal) because it wasn’t working right. He was extremely helpful and worked with us until the project was finished. He went above and beyond and has become a valuable asset to our business.
