It has helped us in creating better customer experiences and creating better products. dscout has been quite helpful when it comes to understanding how people interact with my site and what they like or dislike about the product I am building. They are very easy to work with, flexible and have always been willing to help me out if I need anything at all. The only thing I didn't really enjoy was the pricing model. It's pricey but the service is worth it. We've used them for a number of projects and have never had any issues so far. They're good at what they do.
