I wish I had bought one sooner!
I use a grinder to grind my own gluten free flour. It works amazing! I've reduced my costs by 80% compared to in-store purchases and can now use quality ingredients. This mill grinds rice very well. It grinds very fine baking flour which I love for my mix!
