Quick and easy to use. The flour is excellent - fully ground. The motor is powerful, so I hold the main grinder (around it with my left hand) to keep it from jumping and sliding across the counter until I load the beans to grind. I recently bought this but have used it several times. It replaces the Victorio grinder with handle and electric motor that I have been using for over a year.
