This windmill replaced a windmill that sounded like a jet engine taking off. This one is much quieter and much easier to clean! I've had it for about 10 months and haven't had any problems with it. I like to grind fresh bread flour with 2 parts white wheat and 1 part red wheat. To make things easier and quicker, I pre-mix wheatberries in this ratio and store in an airtight container. It's the perfect balance for the bread I like. I use a Breadman Bread Maker (2lb Professional Bread Maker, Stainless Steel, BK1050S) that I bought from Revain in 2014. I prefer a 1.5# bread. in the fridge so I have something on hand for general use (cookies, pancakes, etc.). I have the address label on top of the container as the top is transparent. I put a piece of packing tape over the address label and mark the date with a whiteboard marker. Since it's just me, a loaf of bread is enough for several days.
