Quick and easy to use. The flour is excellent - fully ground. The motor is powerful, so I hold the main grinder (around it with my left hand) to keep it from jumping and sliding across the counter until I load the beans to grind. Then it purrs by itself without moving anywhere. You need to be sure the lids are tight. It's easy to do, but I haven't checked that the flour collection box lid is tightly closed. I got delicious flour splashes all over my body. It was funnier than any problem. But now I will definitely check. We save money by buying grain and then grinding the flour ourselves. Also, every flour we use now is totally fresh. That's wonderful.
