I recently bought this but have used it several times. It replaces the Victorio grinder with handle and electric motor that I have been using for over a year. Victorio will remain in my kitchen inventory, but the WonderMill is now a staple in my kitchen. WonderMill is so fast it blows my mind. I just grind what I'm using at the moment, 2-3 cups of grain, and it processes it within a minute. I've only run wheat through and the grind is perfect for my sourdough bread. It's a little noisy when you first start it up, but once you pour in the wheat it's pretty quiet. While it wasn't quiet, it's so fast that noise isn't a problem at all. Cleaning is a breeze. I just use a pastry brush to dust the sink. Very easy. Yes, the lid is difficult to remove, but if it weren't there, the flour would likely get everywhere during the milling process. Some people said that the hose connecting the funnel to the canister would come out. I've found that once you've fully inserted it into the tube, it doesn't. Overall I like this grinder. THATS A WONDER.
