Work from side to side

This was my first diamond painting and since it is supposed to be fun, relaxing and exciting I listened to my daughter and tried to paint everything in one color at once. That does not work. Just gradually peel off the plastic paper and move it from side to side. You'll often change color, but you'll save yourself trouble in the end.
