These chalk markers were exactly what I was hoping for. I've seen a lot of chalk markers with metal markers that don't really rub off. What's the point of drawing this with chalk markers, I ask you?! This is different with these chalk markers: silver and gold are erased in the same way as other colors. I use them for the chalkboard calendar we bought last week so everyone in our family has a different color so we can easily see who needs to go where. They wipe very easily with a paper towel dipped in water, clean I would add. I was a little apprehensive when I first opened the marker and saw the huge nib, but then I realized the nib is double-sided. I reversed the tip and dart, a chisel tip with a very thin tip ideal for keeping a calendar. I am very happy with these chalk markers and would happily recommend them to anyone.
