Very poor quality - bathtub
The white frame was not a nice square as pictured. The gray part of the carpet had white stripes in several places. I was able to return it, but not in the usual way. Normally the UPS does not need packaging. This item required bubble wrap and I was charged $5.35. They add that it's a 15-mile round trip to a UPS store, and that return isn't free.
