Review on Premium Tree Trunk Aquarium Decoration with Hollow Center by Nichole Morris

Big enough to fit in my Coralife BioCube29 which I use for freshwater tetra and pygmy gourami. Looks great, my grandson loves it too. I put the air stone in the middle of the hollow center to make the bubbles come out at the top, good effect. I used Instant Aquarium Tahitian Moon (black) sand about 3.5 inches deep so part of the trunk is hidden as the tree stands on the acrylic base not the sand, see photo for understanding. I love this look. The edges (inside only) in another review so I looked to see what was being complained about. There are a few but not all indoors. The ones I found were very low at the bottom. I polished with sandpaper, you can use a nail file. It is not so bad. The fish love it and so far it's easy to clean. With tetras, I keep the pH low, so I keep it down by using distilled water and infrequently buffering when needed. This way I can make sure that this decoration doesn't change your pH, which is useful if you want to control your water perimeters. I'm not a photographer but maybe the photos will help, I hope so. One from the side where the acrylic is flat and the other in front that has a bow in it I give everyone a thumbs up.
