Review on IoSafe 218 4TB1YR Fireproof Waterproof 2 Bay by Justin Puranik

I was very satisfied with my fireproof and waterproof RAID NAS. until the block fails. My second drive was not recognized. After trying a few new drives that weren't recognized either, I contacted support and they told me the control module had failed, my unit was out of warranty and replacement parts were no longer available - buy another one. The!? It's supposed to be a high end RAID solution and I can't even get the $20 controller board part from them. Beware of everything from Synology!
