I bought a 6 inch knife in February 2021 for only $2.53. It's a lot cheaper than the local hardware store. It's good for applying mud to drywall, and the low price makes it a very good deal. My only complaint is that the knife started rusting on the third day of use. The grate is next to the handle, so the dirt from the drywall joint tape will be clean at this point. See photo. As long as the rust doesn't spread further along the working surfaces of the blade, I can ignore the problem. When things get worse, this knife is used as a paint scraper, not a drywall dirt applicator.
