If you have pets, stay away from this vacuum cleaner. Our pet hair often got stuck in the long neck of the vacuum cleaner and we had to remove it by hand. It was no easy task, often requiring squeezing out hairs with chopsticks to clean the vacuum and get it working properly again. This happened so often that in the end we just gave up the vacuum cleaner and threw it away.
