I was really looking forward to using this product and it arrived a day earlier than expected. The packaging was compact and came with a storage bag at the end of the season. I found the instructions a bit confusing but I managed. After about 10 minutes on the road, my kayak shifted in such a way that it banged against my windshield every time I slowed down. I tried stopping to fix it but with just one person it was difficult. I drove the rest of the way home at about 30 mph with the dangers on. When I got home the straps were loose and the foam blocks were not in their original position at all. This requires 100% ratchet straps which are easier to tension and more secure. I'm upset, I've spent my money.
