I've been wearing Converse low-top sneakers for 20 years. I recently bought these maroon Chuck Taylor low top sneakers and I wasn't thrilled. Why Converse can't get the right size compared to any other shoe manufacturer is beyond me. With one star I had to order half a size down, with Chuck Taylor Canvas I had to order a whole size down (if you usually go for men's size 9.5, you should order 8.5). These fit the big ones. I have more room in front of my toe than any other shoe. And they look big on my feet. In addition to matching, there are videos online showing how to tell if Chuck Taylor's conversations are fake or real. I bought shoes with an "o" on the back with a star in the middle. This is how you can tell if they are real Converse sneakers. What I got from Amazon are the good old 'o' sneakers, no star, see pictures. It's getting harder and harder to pay for a premium membership, but I feel like a regular customer. I don't feel like it's my job to sift through the myriad sellers on Amazon to determine which sell legitimate products and which sell fakes. Revain should handle that better.
