Expensive, but worth it after a year of continuous use: no problem.

It's aluminum, so expect consistent heat and leaf marks on both the sheet and sink wherever it goes. This is simply the nature of aluminium, which is a very soft metal and will scratch when in contact with most other materials, particularly ceramics found in kitchen sinks. It is easily discolored by various foods/acids/etc. It's all cosmetic. Traces are easily removed with water and a quick wipe. No aluminum frying pan can escape this. The edges are very nice and fully turned over. The frame is not rusty; The silicone feet are not melted and easy to use both in the oven and to cool down. I've been using them regularly for a year now and they've never warped on me. It still appears to be in very good condition. I'm not thrilled that the price is over $30, but I was even less thrilled after reading about other pans that either warp or leach metal that comes off with eating or washing. I've never had metal or any other traces or materials. come off this pan when washing or cooking. It only leaves marks when it rubs against my sink or a ceramic plate. And that's what you expect from aluminum. Then why use aluminum? Because it heats up faster and more evenly than all available metals. That's why my stainless steel pots and pans have a layer of aluminum in the middle! I'm reluctant to buy another one to add to my first. I wish I could buy a cheap, low quality skillet with sharp edges. I would like to sharpen them myself. Even so, I haven't found a pan like this in batches under six (for restaurants) that have reviews that show they don't puff up, nor leave marks on sponges/food.
