Review on Advantus 300 Card Capacity 5 X 8 Index Card Holder, Black (45003) by Tom Bailey

Based on the reviews I figured, what could go wrong? Its just a cheap plastic box to store index cards. Unfortunately, I was wrong. There are more intricacies to a simple index card holder than one can imagine. My item arrived undamaged with the lid opened and the bottom half of the box bent inward.The box cannot close because it has been kept open while in storage (I assume) and with the bottom half being bent in. It simply cannot snap close with the top cap. I've tried my best to push the plastic into shape with no avail and the top half is also being stubborn. I have requested a refund and I hope Best Buy can also revise how these products are stored to prevent the issue.The material seems relatively thin but seems like it can survive a reasonable drop. Not without the contents spilling out.Please save yourself the trouble and go to an office supplies store and find one intact that can open/close as desired.
