Sounds like a COPD victim blowing a party horn.
That thing is ridiculous, it really sounds like a broken party horn. It's not even as loud as a motorcycle horn. It uses spade connectors that offer no resistance to moisture and corrosion. I can't imagine how it gets anything other than 1 star ratings, it makes the whole review process suspicious.
