Price but accessories problem

The material is decent but thin. Fits well but you probably won't be able to use the bottle cage with this holder. I have a large frame and have tried to carry two bottles, but the bottle is hanging so low on my bag that it's impossible. Neat design, but since the bottle hangs from the bag and is held by the frame at one end, it tends to wobble when you start pumping the bike uphill. Otherwise it's fine and good value for money.

Pros

With water bottle holder design and adjustable fixed band, it can hold water bottle very stably (water bottle not included).
