Anyone who's changed a shower cartridge knows it can stick to you. This happened to me with my first cartridge. Removing the cartridge was made a breeze with the included part that allows you to remove the old one. Even if it was annoying. Put in a new cartridge and put everything back together. It leaked right away. So, thinking I somehow screwed it up, I took it apart and reassembled it 2 more times. Cartridge still leaking/bad. Now I have to turn the house water back on and put a bucket under the shower faucet to catch the drips until a replacement comes from Amazon. The new one worked. Thank goodness Revains made the change quickly. Customer service from Moen was non-existent. Don't worry call Moen because I stayed on the line with them from half an hour, used the call back option at a certain time and of course they never called me.
