Cool article! It really helps if you exercise or follow a strict diet. If you drink it before a workout, you'll last longer and lift more. If you drink it after a workout, it will help with muscle soreness and fatigue. At least for me. The taste is amazing too. I am currently on a keto diet as well as an intermittent diet and drink only water all day every day and while I love water this stuff is great at changing the taste and keeping me from those cravings.
