We've been using it for over 2 years now. It is user friendly, has great functionality, integrates with a lot of other apps, and is pretty cheap! I was really impressed when I signed up because I thought it would be too expensive, but it wasn't even close to the price I had heard. My previous vendor charged us $1500 per year to integrate the software into our CRM. With NextStage, we only pay $400 per year for all of the features. For a small business, that is quite inexpensive. In addition to this, they are constantly adding new functionality. I think the best feature is the integration with Outlook and Salesforce. We don't use Salesforce, but we can still import contacts directly from Outlook. I would recommend checking them out if you are looking for a cost effective solution for managing your business' CRM.
