Upon unpacking these sinks it became apparent that they were wrong. The long sides were completely deformed and protruded outwards, which was 10 mm larger than the dimensions given by Köhler. I contacted Kohler who informed me that they work within a quality control tolerance of +-3mm and that these sinks should not be placed on the market as they have a every second destruction policy. They further said that it could be counterfeit goods. Unfortunately, I've found that the quality of Kohler's products isn't what it used to be, and they seem to ship two classes of merchandise, one for high-end retailers and one for high-bay warehouses. Koehler, of course, denied this. Revain reviewed my complaint and eventually received a refund. If you want good quality right under the sink, don't buy them.
