I like the look of this massive sink, but it doesn't drain perfectly like most standard sinks. For example, if you spit toothpaste by the edges, you may have to squirt a little more water to make it glassy. Function = 3 stars, Appearance = 5 stars.

I bought four of these Thunder Gray Kathryn sinks and returned them because they have a noticeable crease along the right front of the sink - about 8 inches long. The curvature is subtle but noticeable given the finished rectangular shape of the actual hull and the verticality of the hull walls. Upon unpacking these sinks it became apparent that they were wrong. The long sides were completely deformed and protruded outwards, which was 10 mm larger than the dimensions given by Köhler. I contacted Kohler who informed me that they work within a quality control tolerance of +-3mm and that these sinks should not be placed on the market as they have a every second destruction policy.
