They fit like a glove super comfy but not good with thicker socks might want bigger size if planning on wearing warm thick socks. Also the hooks on side for laces rotate and spin freely I worry over time they might pop out. Besides that there great I would definitely purchase agian. Great grip and traction for hikes walks or exercise.
