This thermometer is unlike any other meat thermometer I've owned. I wanted to make a top-notch roast, and they don't come cheap. To get it right, it was necessary. My old one got lost when we moved and this was a great replacement. It's modern, precise and touch-sensitive. You can't go wrong here.
