So far the experience has been great. No questions. The cameras look good. The image quality is excellent both during the day and at night. Setting up the NVR was a bit tricky, but I managed it. There are many different settings you can play around with to customize it to your liking. I like the ability to edit which areas of the screen detect motion and which don't. The notifications in the IP Pro3 app are great. It broadcasts a 30-second motion clip. You can also view the cameras in real time. I wish the app had more options. This is the only downside. The customer was the best. I didn't need to use them for setup assistance, but I had a few questions before purchasing the product. It feels like a small business that puts customers first. what do i prefer
