Review on Bamboo Bread Slicer Homemade Loaf by Jonathan Devarapalli

I know I only gave three stars which means it was just 'OK'. I really like this bread slicer and use it quite often. It is very durable, easy to clean and very easy to fold. My complaints are relatively minor and probably won't bother everyone, but let's get started. 1. It's too wide. None of my bread knives can reach from side to side. I would like the width to be adjustable. 2. During folding, the end part is not fixed. I want it to somehow fit in the folded package to keep everything together.
