I love OXO products but this one is poorly made
The plastic paint applied to the neck of the bottle and used as a lever broke and flew in my face. If I hadn't worn glasses, he could have gotten in my eyes. I will contact OXO. UPDATE: I contacted OXO support and they sent me an upgraded steel corkscrew for free! This is customer care!
