The shower system was packaged well and looked like a high quality product. Once the system was installed we noticed water hammer sounds coming from valve when sink faucet was turned on or off and when the toilet flushed. I ended up putting inline water hammer pressure controllers in the water lines going to the mixing valve, but still did not alleviate the hammer sound at the valve. After use of the shower system for about a month, the rain shower head split apart. (Shown in photos) I read in other posts that there is a replacement brass valve, so I am hoping that someone will contact me to get this resolved.
