I really want to like this shower system. However, the center silicon nozzle is missing. When I turn on the faucet, the water comes out differently than the other holes with nozzles. In the video, I only turned on small volume of water. But if I turn the volume up, the water coming out of the hole missing a nozzle will spill water all over the place. I feel like this is really high quality especially for the money and when compared to the major brands which aren't nearly as stylish. Only issue was lack of detail on some of the setbacks in the instructions led to me having to get some additional fittings. Used lots of teflon tape and thread sealant and had no leak issues at all. Looks very pretty but scratches easily. We had to purchase a separate arm extension for the shower head because the one that came with it was defective and customer service never responded to my email. Our Plummer had to also tinker with the hand held part because the connection was leaking. One of the silicone tips from the shower head also shoots out very rough and weird. I would say get a different brand and read reviews carefully.

Looks awesome, but the squares are too little they don't cover the holes where your water come to the spout. We had to buy additional covers .and the connection is hard we had to hire a plumber and that's not cheep any new cheep spout would look good in a new shower and save the head time

I loved the style (on the pictures) . in the reality - completely different. aside from the fact that the showerhead came scratched, materials are cheap. my building's management didn't allow installing it since Valve doesn't have stops!

My plumber is having a hard time with this product. I have to purchase a separate tub sprout because there is no way that the product will fit my wall thickness. He had to tear out the back of my wall to make the handheld work and some other inventive things to make this work. DO NOT PURCHASE! I WISH HE WOULD TAKE IT OUT BECAUSE I WOULD RETURN IT

Shower head has low pressure. Potential tenants (not likely now) asked why the pressure is so low. I’m going to have to cut the wall out to fix this!

The shower system was packaged well and looked like a high quality product. Once the system was installed we noticed water hammer sounds coming from valve when sink faucet was turned on or off and when the toilet flushed. I ended up putting inline water hammer pressure controllers in the water lines going to the mixing valve, but still did not alleviate the hammer sound at the valve.
