Bags installed at the weekend. The two biggest issues were that the big nylock nuts wouldn't tighten no matter what. I even took the bag and clip to the bank and tried to clamp them in a vise there. The nut didn't go all the way down. Got some regular nuts and lock washers and all went well. Second, I broke the air fitting trying to tighten that nylon nut. If I had to do it all over again, I would install this fitting AFTER you put the large lock nut on. This way you don't run the risk of hitting the brass fitting with a wrench and breaking it. Assembly Tip - Leave the tires on the ground, but pick up the body with the hitch. Then you have enough space to compress the bags and you don't have to vacuum the air like the instructions say. Then don't break the brass fitting because it won't be there. It took about 2 1/2 hours with standard tools. You need both English and metric keys.
