Review on 🚗 Dorman Windshield Wiper Transmission 602-215 by Darin Schaffer

I have purchased this product TWICE from O'Reilly Auto Parts and Autozone. This will NOT fit the 2001 Chevy Tahoe LT, contrary to what was advertised. The 602-215 transmission sits too high in the bay, causing the engine to sit too high so that the windshield cover no longer touches the windshield. . Also, you can see the motor moving the windshield cover up and down and trying to turn the gearbox left and right because it doesn't fit properly. I just bought a replacement from 1A Auto which looks like a copy of the original gearbox replacement hoping it was the right decision. If you look at the kink on the left of this transmission, it goes up and then down compared to the original transmission. which descends and then rises to accommodate the other side of the vehicle with the driver.
