Blade is crooked not straight. When scraping ice and frost from the windshield, only the outer half inch of the blade is cleared of ice. The rest of the blade never touches the windshield. This leaves narrow parallel lines of clear glass separated by broad bands of icy glass. Useless. I want to return the money. However, it is cumbersome or difficult to pack this item for safe return. The package sent in was almost defective.
