Wire cup holders are not attached to the cups firmly. Cups fall out of wire coasters when trying to remove eggs from cups. Now you have MUGS AND EGGS on your plate. not very safe and practical. If you want cups (with eggs in them) falling out of wire holders onto your plate, that's exactly what you'll get with this egg poacher. Otherwise this egg poacher is heavy, very well made and offers a 6 egg capacity which most poachers don't offer. It can be seen that the designer has never used a poached egg, does not know it and has no experience in cooking. Also, a little common sense could have saved the designer and all other decision makers from making this mistake!
