Pitted Cherries Fast

I like making cherry jam, but this cherry pit makes it a lot easier. I was able to peel 4 pounds of cherries in under 20 minutes. A few cherries still had a pit, but they pulled out of the cherry very easily.

Pros

Pitted Cherries and Plums per pound! With the steinomat double crutch cherry and plum, you can remove pairs of cherries and plums at the same time.
