Wears out too quickly.
My 9 year old hasn't worn them in three months and they are already fraying around the ankle and the thread has come loose in the forefoot. I was not impressed with the quality of these shoes! I expect more from Merrells. They are comfortable, easy to put on and hold up well, too bad the upper isn't durable.

- We'll just keep buying them when he outgrows them! Very durable and fairly water resistant.
