I love the way this tool fits comfortably in my hand and it is easy to use when working on crafts. The only problem I had was figuring out how to tighten in the bits to keep them from falling out. The instructions were insanely vague about that part. However after fiddling and cursing at it, I finally figured out that you have to push in the lock button while you tighten the base cap to the bit holder. If you do it right it tightens around your bit so that it doesn’t fall out. Works great once you get that part down. Other than that, I love it!
