I just had a tummy tuck and the doctor liked these braces. I'm only 5 feet tall so I have a rather small torso. I weigh about 160 pounds and the plus size fits just right for the length. In terms of height, I would like to shorten the strap by about an inch. But overall it's a good product. I bought two because the reviews said they stretched slightly. My first strap stretched after wearing it 24 hours a day for two weeks. But I found that even though the elastic had stretched, I had an easy time getting a snug fit. My second tape is holding up much better and I now wear it 24 hours a week. I would buy this product again.
