I expected more from an expensive hospital grade filter . My first order arrived with quite a large area of completely broken filter folds and cardboard frames, but the shipping box was undamaged. Additionally, the wire support at the bottom punctured the filter media across the entire filter, not just where it was broken. Revain sent me new ones and the second order had the same issue with the wire frame sticking out of the filter media. These are not small holes as I can see quite a bit of metal and even catch it with my fingernail. Overall, I would estimate that 25% of the creases were also bent or distorted in shape - in fact, they no longer served as creases. Quality control leaves a lot to be desired and I see far fewer problems with less expensive filters.
