Review on Magma Products A10 360L IND Stainless Induction by Andres Imaging

Wow, how cool! I bought these as cookware for a camping kitchen drawer that I use to store all my kitchen needs in a portable cabinet that's about 2 x 2 x 1 feet with a crease in the front. The stacking feature and detachable handles are the reasons this set is right for my application. I didn't want to skimp on the quality, that means triple base for all pots and pans. The bottom coating of these pots is as thick as any regular cookware you would buy for the home. I have used thin bottomed aluminum pans in my camp kitchen and was just not happy with the result, very uneven heat and had to constantly watch what I was cooking. These pans heat very evenly, which is the most important factor. I love to cook, so the cost/benefit ratio was worth it for me. These pans also compare well to my commercial grade stainless steel Meyer set that I use at home. In fact, they are better in some ways. The transition between walls and floor on the inside is very smooth, it's a nice rounded profile that makes cleaning easier than my professional home cookware, which has a more acute angle around the inside bottom edge. These pots also don't have the heavy rivets on the handle that make my home set difficult to clean. I gave up non-stick cookware and now only use stainless steel and cast iron. Being able to hit them with a piece of metal cutlery outweighs the easier cleaning of the non-stick coating for me. And stainless steel pans last much longer. The handles are good, there is an easy game when attaching them, nothing interferes with the function. The locking pin means you can turn the pots completely upside down without fear of the handles slipping off their rails. This is a weak point for some of the other fold out cookware sets. That's it, they're great. I think this set is worth every penny. They look great, work great and should last a lifetime. Edit: I added a colander and egg coated pan. Both are integrated into the system. Excellent!
