Review on TurfHop by Charles Lewellen

I love that it's easy enough to use yet also robust enough if needed. It has everything we need from customer service management (CSMs), scheduling tools, invoicing/payments system etc. We are able to manage our accounts easily without having to jump between multiple programs or websites like other companies have us do! There really isn't anything bad about this program but maybe some of their marketing staff could learn more business practices outside what they're doing now in order to help grow their user base. If someone were new to CSMs and wanted something simple then definitely give them a shot at Turfhop! Tracking all leads through one place as well as managing contracts & billing was never before so much easier than ever before thanks to the ease-of-use.
